Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder email 72 hours prior to your booking. Your deposit (£10) will be deducted from the full cost of your appointment which can be paid via cash or card at the end of the session.
All deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your appointment via the members page of by contacting me up to 48 hours prior to your booked slot.
Puppy grooms are only valid for dogs aged between 12-17 weeks old only as they are an induction into grooming rather than a full groom.
The prices per service are an estimate only and may change due to behaviour, coat condition, pet size etc. I will inform you of any price changes at the start of your groom.
