How long will my appointment take?

Appointment lengths are detailed on the booking system when you select your service. The appointment may take longer if your dog is matted. You will be notified 30 minutes before your pet is ready for pickup.

Can I wait with my dog/cat?

Unfortunately, you can't wait with your pet throughout their appointment. On occasion, I will ask clients to stay, this is usually for cat grooming appointments.

My dog can be aggressive?

If your dog is aggressive please let us know on arrival as this may affect our approach and length of grooming time. A muzzle may be used as a last resort within the groom however, we will notify you if there are any problems throughout the groom and ensure your dogs welfare is at the forefront with all grooming decisions.

Why do I need to pay a deposit fee?

To ensure we don't have last-minute cancellations and that everyone can get an appointment to suit them, a deposit which counts towards the total cost of your appointment is taken at the time of booking.

More information on our cancellation policy can be found on our T & C's page.

Is there parking and how do I find you?

There is free parking right outside the salon however, if this is full I advise parking on Church Street. The salon address is 6 Town Gate, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9JA

Is it ok to feed my pet before a groom?

We advise that you leave a gap of at least one hour between when your dog or cat was last fed and their groom. Grooming can be quite exciting and stimulating which can lead to vomiting if they have eaten very soon to their appointment.
