How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online by clicking on the 'Book Online' menu at the top of the webpage. Services are split into: Dog Grooming, Cat Grooming, Teeth Cleaning & Nail Clipping and Puppy Grooms.
Why can't I book a cat groom online?
You can book a free meet and greet session for your cat online. All cats require an initial meet and greet to assess their suitability for grooming. The initial meet and greet allow me to assess the cat's coat and tolerance to handling. It also allows your cat to get to know me and the sights/sounds of the salon.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment lengths are detailed on the booking system when you select your service. The appointment may take longer if your dog is matted. We'll agree on a pickup time on arrival and you will be notified 30 minutes before your pet is ready for pickup.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Can I wait with my dog/cat?
Unfortunately, you can't wait with your pet throughout their appointment.

My dog can be aggressive?
If your dog is aggressive please let us know on arrival as this may affect our approach and length of grooming time. A muzzle may be used as a last resort within the groom however, we will notify you if there are any problems throughout the groom and ensure your dogs welfare is at the forefront with all grooming decisions.
Why do I need to pay a deposit fee?
To ensure we don't have last-minute cancellations and that everyone can get an appointment to suit them, a deposit which counts towards the total cost of your appointment is taken at the time of booking.

Is there parking and how do I find you?
We are situated within the Dog Grooming Hub at 1 Daisy Lane, BD9 6BN. I advise parking on Hazel Hurst Brow on Mon-Fri as this road is permit-free. Permits are only in place on Mon-Fri, you can park on Pearson Lane on the weekend which is closer to the salon.
Is it ok to feed my pet before a groom?
We advise that you leave a gap of at least one hour between when your dog or cat was last fed and their groom. Grooming can be quite exciting and stimulating which can lead to vomiting if they have eaten very soon to their appointment.
