Service Description

Cat Grooming Policy Meet & Greet sessions are advised for cats as it allows your cat to be assessed for grooming for free before you put a non-refundable deposit down for a grooming slot. A holding deposit of £10 is required to secure your meet & greet appointment. If you decide to proceed, this fee will be deducted from the cost of your grooming session. If I cannot offer a grooming appointment your £10 fee will be refunded and I will suggest an alternative groomer or vet. You may reschedule your meet & greet up to 48 hours in advance. However, failure to reschedule or attend the appointment will result in the loss of the £10 fee to compensate for my time. Please be aware that if you book a grooming session without first scheduling a meet & greet, the £10 deposit will be non-refundable. This applies even if I am unable to groom your cat due to behavioural issues, as I will have reserved the time specifically for their session About Cat Grooming Cats are groomed freely on the table without restraints. As such, not all cats are suited for grooming. The meet & greet allows me to: 🐈 Assess your cat’s coat and temperament. 🐈 Discuss the best grooming approach for your cat. 🐈 Familiarize your cat with the salon’s sights, sounds, and smells, which often helps them feel more relaxed during their grooming appointment.
