Deshed Groom (Double coated breeds)

For breeds that require regular undercoat management, such as Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies, and Samoyeds. A thorough grooming session designed to remove loose undercoat and help keep shedding under control, while keeping the natural length of the coat.

Includes: Bath with deshedding shampoo • Blow-dry to loosen dead coat • Thorough de-shed & brush out • Light tidying where required • Nail trim

Puppy Introduction

A gentle introduction to grooming designed to help puppies become comfortable with the sights, sounds and handling involved in professional grooming. Suitable for: Puppies from around 12 weeks old, depending on vaccination status and individual readiness

Maintenance/in between grooms

Perfect for dogs kept in a longer style who are already on a regular full-grooming schedule and need a tidy-up between their main grooms. Example breeds: Cockapoos, Cavapoos, Shih Tzus, Maltipoos, Bichon Frises

Bath & Brush - Short Haired Smooth breeds

For breeds that benefit from regular bathing and thorough brushing such as Labradors, greyhounds & French Bulldogs.

Handstrip

A specialist service for wire-coated breeds, removing the dead outer coat by hand to maintain the correct coat texture and appearance. Example breeds: Border Terriers, Norfolk Terriers & Jack Russell Terriers

Short Haired Cat Groom

For breeds that benefit from a coat refreshing and a thorough brush out such as British Short Haired.

Long Haired Cat Groom

For breeds that benefit from coat maintenance or need a more manageable style via clipping

Includes: Clipping of the body coat • Hygine trim • Nail trim

Lion Trim

A shorter, practical style for long-haired cats, leaving the body clipped short while keeping a fuller mane and tail for the classic “lion” look. Ideal for cats who struggle with coat maintenance or are prone to matting.

Matt Removal Groom

For cats with multiple matted areas (belly, hindquarters, armpits), mat removal is available.

Owners must stay throughout and be prepared to assist with handling for long-haired, lion trim, and mat removal appointments

Pelted cats with full-body, tightly compacted matting are not accepted. Veterinary intervention is required.

Long-haired cat deshed

A thorough de-shedding service for unmatted cats; to remove loose fur and undercoat, helping to keep your cat's coat healthy and reduce shedding around the home.
