Appointment slots are released up to 4.5 months in advance.
 

All bookings are subject to approval. Regular clients will be prioritised, while new clients may be declined if not suitable (e.g. coat condition, long gaps between visits, or previous grooming advice not followed).

If approved, your slot will be held for 24 hours. A £10 deposit must be paid via bank transfer within this time (details sent by text) to secure your appointment. Unpaid slots will be released. Regular clients may have appointments maintained with a rolling £10 deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior.

Puppy grooms are for dogs aged 12–17 weeks only.

Prices are estimates and may vary depending on coat condition, behaviour, and size.

It is recommended to keep at least two future appointments booked to maintain your schedule.
