All cat grooming appointments require a free meet & greet before they can be booked in. Which is why I don't allow cats to be booked in by clients online. Cats are free groomed with no restraints and not all cats are willing to be groomed. Having a free meet and greet allows you and your cat to meet me. Whilst giving me the opportunity to get them on my groom table, asses their coat and see how they are with being handled. I can then confirm if I'll be able to groom them and you haven't had to pay a deposit on a grooming appointment that I may not be able to carry out. I tend to find that when cats come back for their grooming appointment, they are abit more relaxed as they've been the the salon before and got used the the sights, sounds and smells. What is included in a wet groom? * Warm bath with specialist feline shampoo * Full brush out and blow-dry * Paws and chest trimming on request * Hygiene area trimming (if required) * Clipping of small knotted areas as required * Eyes and ears cleaning * Claw trim * Finished off with kitty perfume
